Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Forex Trading Psychology — Why You Keep Losing, and What To Do About It (the "Book"), authored by Dr. Waris Salman Shah (the "Author"). By purchasing or downloading the Book, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Product

The Book is delivered as a digital PDF file. There is no physical product, no subscription, no recurring charge. One payment grants you lifetime personal access to the file you purchased.

2. Purchase & Payment

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc.), who acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax collection, receipts, and refund processing. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own terms.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your billing location.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. If you do not receive it, please:

Check your spam / promotions folder.
Verify that the email address you entered was correct.
Contact us at the email listed at the bottom of this page.

4. License & Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to read and use the Book for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:

Download and store the PDF on your personal devices.
Print a single copy for your own use.
Quote short passages for reviews, provided the Author is credited.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, or share the Book publicly or privately.
Post the file to torrents, file-sharing services, Telegram / Discord channels, or any platform where others can download it.
Use the content to train AI/ML models or generate derivative works for commercial purposes.
Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or the Author's name.

8. Privacy

We do not run a mailing list, tracking cookies, or behavioural advertising on this site. Checkout data (email, name, billing location, payment) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their privacy policy. We only use your email to deliver your order and respond to support requests.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Book after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
