Why no refunds
"If you are not sure the book is for you, read the sample sections on the homepage again and do not buy. The refund policy is built so we can keep the price low for readers who are sure."
Before you buy, please do this
- Read the full table of contents on the home page so you know exactly what is inside.
- Read the three "Hard Truths" sample quotes. If they do not resonate, the book is not for you.
- Confirm the PDF format works for your device. The file opens on any modern computer, phone, tablet, or e-reader that reads PDFs.
- Double-check your email address at checkout — the download link is sent there.
If something actually goes wrong
A "no refunds" policy does not mean "no support." If any of the following happens, we will resolve it for you at no extra cost — but these are not refund requests, they are delivery issues:
- The download link never arrived. Check spam first, then email us.
- The PDF file is corrupted or will not open. We will send you a clean copy.
- You were charged twice for the same order by mistake. The duplicate charge is refunded.
- You received a PDF with a clear production error (missing chapters, blank pages). We will send a corrected file.

Please do not file a chargeback with your card issuer without contacting us first. Nearly every delivery issue can be resolved within 24 hours by email. Chargebacks opened without prior contact will be disputed as fraudulent, and any unresolved disputes may result in future purchases from our store being blocked at the payment processor level.
Buyer's remorse — "I decided I do not want it anymore" — is not a valid basis for a chargeback on a digital product that has already been delivered.
Payment processor
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax, and receipts in accordance with their own terms. Our no-refund policy applies to purchases made through their checkout on our behalf.
